UltimateLvl 1: Passive: Elthara cannot be knocked down or thrown. On the battlefield, she releases the atmosphere of the Dragon Tribe, causing all enemies to feel scorching heat. Before an enemy hero uses their Special skill for the first time, their energy recovery speed will be reduced. During battle, each time an enemy hero gains energy, they suffer health loss.
Active: Elthara transforms into a tribal dragon, releasing Dragon Rays that sweep across the entire battlefield, dealing Dragon Tongue damage to all enemies three times and applying Amber Mark. Enemies under Amber Mark suffer health loss every second.

Blazing Justice
ActiveLvl 1: Transforms the enemy hero that dealt the most damage into a Blazing Scarecrow, preventing them from attacking. The Blazing Scarecrow moves towards the area with the highest concentration of enemies, periodically causing health loss to nearby enemy heroes. When the Scarecrow's duration ends, it explodes, dealing Dragon Tongue damage to all nearby enemies. The Blazing Scarecrow can be attacked and will explode if killed.
Encompassing Fate
ActiveLvl 1: Elthara uses her Tribal Core to damage enemies in a certain radius, then selects one attacked enemy with the lowest Tenacity and applies blindness and numbness effects. If the enemy with the lowest Tenacity is a Boss, they will suffer increased damage and health loss.
Meteor Fury
ActiveLvl 1: Elthara summons a Molten Star above the enemy side of the battlefield that crashes down, dealing Dragon Tongue damage in the impact area. Before falling, the Molten Star charges energy, and for each Attack Level enhancement received by enemy heroes, the fall damage increases. After impact, the star leaves a magic area that stuns nearby enemies. Enemies within the magic radius will also suffer health loss.
