UltimateLvl 1: Passive: Elthara cannot be knocked back or launched into the air. At the start of battle, she unleashes dragon flame onto the battlefield, causing all enemies to feel a scorching heat. Before an enemy unit uses their ultimate skill for the first time, their Energy Recovery Rate is reduced by 60. Furthermore, each time they actively spend Energy, their Energy Recovery Rate is additionally reduced by 60 for 8 sec. Each time an enemy unit's Energy changes, they take damage over time equal to 360% of Elthara's Attack Rating. This effect can trigger once every 0.5 sec for each enemy unit.
Active: Elthara transforms into a fire dragon, releasing dragon beams that sweep across the battlefield, attacking all enemies three times. Each attack deals Dragonfire damage equal to 470% of Elthara's Attack Rating and applies a Scorching Mark for 12 sec. Enemies with a Scorching Mark take damage over time equal to 380% of Elthara's Attack Rating every second.Lvl 2: When an enemy unit attempts to knock back or launch Elthara, their Attack Rating is reduced by 50% for 8 sec. ActiveLvl 1: Using her tribal core, Elthara deals damage equal to 330% of her Attack Rating to enemy units within range, then Silences and Immobilizes the 2 affected enemies with the lowest Tenacity for 6 sec.Lvl 2: If the enemy unit with the lowest Tenacity is a boss, the damage and damage over time they receive are increased by 60% for 10 sec.Lvl 3: Damage dealt to enemy units within range is increased to 380% of Elthara's Attack Rating.Lvl 4: If an enemy unit damaged by Elthara is marked with a Scorching Mark, she will steal 65% of their Insight points for 8 sec. Using this skill, Elthara can gain up to a maximum of 50% of her original Insight value.
Blazing Judgment
ActiveLvl 1: The enemy hero who has dealt the most damage is transformed into a Blazing Effigy, losing the ability to attack for 8 sec. The Blazing Effigy moves towards the area with the highest concentration of enemies, causing nearby enemy units to take damage over time equal to 370% of Elthara's Attack Rating every 0.5 sec. When the effect expires, the Blazing Effigy explodes, dealing Dragonfire damage equal to 440% of Elthara's Attack Rating to nearby enemy units. Blazing Effigies can be attacked, and if one is killed, it explodes. The Blazing Effigy state cannot be dispelled. This skill primarily targets enemy heroes who are vulnerable to control effects.Lvl 2: If the target is a boss, a Blazing Effigy will be created near it, which inherits 25% of Elthara's base stats and explodes after 8 sec.Lvl 3: When a Blazing Effigy explodes, enemy units in the area cannot be healed for the next 8 sec.Lvl 4: Using this skill ignores the target's Tenacity.
